What to Expect
Reach out by phone or complete our online appointment request form. Our team will answer your questions, gather some basic information, and help determine which services best fit your needs.
If you plan to use insurance, we'll verify your behavioral health benefits before your first appointment and discuss any information we receive regarding your coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs. If you're paying privately, we'll discuss available payment options with you before services begin.
Prior to your first appointment, you'll receive secure electronic intake forms to complete at your convenience. These forms help your provider better understand your history, concerns, and treatment goals before your first visit.
Your initial appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you. Together, we'll discuss your concerns, answer your questions, review your history, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals and individual needs. Our goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered from day one.
