What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured behavioral health program that offers multiple therapeutic services each week, including group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric support when appropriate, and skills development.
IOP provides more support than traditional outpatient therapy while allowing participants to maintain many of their daily responsibilities.
Our goal is to help individuals stabilize symptoms, develop practical coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for long-term wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care.
